reactor is a coil it is using at electrical network it
supply inductive reactance to the system.
there are two type of reatance
1.shunt reactor.
2.series reactor.
shunt reactor is used at EHV line for reducing the ferranti
effect.
series reactor is limit the fault current it is connected
B/W two system.
