if it is balance or receiving end we don't want earth it
because source end already earthed.if it is source end
neutral should be earthed why because earth fault current
getting closed bath we can using earth fault protection if
it is high voltage system with out neutral earthing
resonance will be occur so we have do to the earthing at one
end
