The anwer would be like this:
I have three reasons to join your organization.
First, I want to be a part of the organization where
professionalism does matters a lot.
Second, as it is a reputed company, I am sure growth
prospects are unlimited that would help me to secure my
future in the long run.
Last but not the least, I feel like this is the right place
for me where individuality is recognized by work.
