as we know that , centrifugal pump is that hydralic pump
which is to convert kinetic energy into pressure energy so
for this purpose their is a impeller on which backward
curved vanes are designed having goes on increasing aera
that rotate tha water and creat kinetic energy &then it
converted into into preser energy.
