First you should Focus on achivements, educaton and
experience. You Should Say something like " I am the person
for this job because I have drive and motivation to do my
very best every day." A potential employer always wants to
know that you are self driven self motivated. They want to
know that will not have to look over your shoulder as you
work or tell you what to do twice. Good Luck for you
