Hi all,

I attended my interview and below details might help u.

For interview...
U should carry all the certificates mentioned.
They will allow u in the interview if u wont't have the
below things also.

1) Applicant's copy(Fee)
2) Character certificate
3) If u are working,No objection certificate...

You have to give them in written that u will submit them
once u get appointment letter.

I didnot carry them and they allowed me for interview..

Now here goes the interview questions which I faced in
hyderabad on 14th september...
Not only me I am posting what other candidates faced.
Before going into the interview room they will give us a
sheet were we have to fill few details.
One of the questions is will u work in other branches
inIndia except ur home town...I marked it as No

What I faced..

Interview panel contains 3 officers

I am software professional.
I entered the room

Me : Good Afternoon sir.
Interviewer : Please be seated.
Me : Thank you
Interviewer : why do u want to change the job.
Me : I told them
Interviewer : How much do u earn
Me : told them
Interviewer : U get a good package then why do u want to shift.
Me : told the answer
Interviewer : Are u married.Bank jobs demand relocation but
u are not willing to relocate.
Me : told the answer
Interviewer : If u need to select a candidate for this job
what will u see.
Me:told them
Interviewer : Will ur comapny find a replacement of u if
selected.
Me : (I was straight forward,not at all beating around the
bush).My answer
Any one can be replaced even a CEO.
Interviewer : Ur view are really good but any bank job
demands relocation after 5 yrs if promoted might shift to
other location.
Me: I agree sir.But I cannot as Iam married and have kid.
My aim is to get this job and I will join if it if it is in
hyderabad or 100kms around hyderabad.I can simply write that
I can relocate to other states but I don't want to do so as
there are so many candidates waiting for this oppurtunity.
Interviewer : Nice.We will note all the points u told and
bank decided further.
Me : Thanks you sir.


Other candidates questions :

1)what is the full form of SENSEX,NASDAQ
2)what did u prepare for interview and tey asked the
questions on what she told.She said about RBI so they asked
abt RBI related
3)Family background
4)will u work in rural areas.

Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? I am currently a PO in SBI. Compared to that, can you kindly inform me: 1) Is the chance to be allocated to your home state more in RBI? 2)Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? 3) Is the salary,job satisfaction, comparable workload, pension etc substantially better in RBI than in SBI?
