1) I am very much eager to lead my career in the field of
HR, which is the heart of any Organization
2) We can analyze and understand the power of HR by the
following -
The job aspirant of any field (Sales, BD, Finance, ....)
would have to face initial screening with the down-line HR
executive to enter into a company, where as there is no
other field where even the downline executive is not
provided with high priority / importance.
