Human Resource is nothing but man power.
Human Resource Administration deals how to manage, organize
the available manpower.
HR is the basicly to serve d human beins but admin hr is
manage all office like front office, time managment, etc
Human Resoutrces in the sence ,the
abilities,skills,attitude,perceptions,behaviour,potential,capabulities
etc where as the human resource administration covers the
maintaining,cordinating ,directing and commanding of these
human resources.

hi friends... this is priya.i had 1 year of experiance in manual testing from jan-dec 2011 in a reputed level 5 MNC and my CTC was 3.25LPA . recently i cleared 2 rounds of technical interviews and in few more days i will have hr interview in a CMMI level3 company... in hr interview they may ask about expected ctc.what i should answer for this question? i had more than a year gap, so what package i can expect? same CTC or some % of hike or as per the company norms?

Hi, I had attended interview with Polaris FT, Mumbai for Trainee(Fresher) position on 11th May 2013. I cleared all Aptitudes and HR rounds. on 28th May i got call from Hr that i'm selected in polaris and she asked me to send the documents through mail, a day after i sent them my scanned documents. But i have not received offer letter yet till 6th June. I mailed her and asked abt it, nut no response. how many days it will take ? Also i want to ask, I hold 10 months experience in .Net and SQL development, but its very small company ? should i join as a fresher though? Is polaris a good company to work with ? Kindly answer my questions considering i'm your friend. Thank You.
