2. Attention to detail
Functional Skills:
1. Good understanding of the Requirements
2. Understanding the application from an end-user /
business perspective
3. Competitive products and their features
4. Up stream and down stream systems for the application
Technical Skills:
1. Testing knowledge/Techniques
2. Architecture of the application
3. Database skills
4. Knowledge of the programming language used
Communication Skills:
1. Good Oral Communication
2. Good Written communiction
