WHEN THE INPUT VOLTAGE IS LOWER THAN THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE ,THEN WE SAY THAT IT IS FERRANTI EFFECT.THIS WIL OCCUR DUE TO HIGHER CAPACITANCE IN LINE THAN INDUCTANCE.
