hi all i have shortlisted for bank of india interview . but i dont know how to prepare for that interview so please guide me with some model interview questions and tell me the sites in which i can get such interview questions

can hard working candidates crack the sbi or all other bank's written exam sincerely? because some exam conductors(not all) might be malfunctioned or corrupted at some areas. please suggest me whoever cracked the sbi/other banks jobs........ please....................!
