of scenarios.pls explain with example.

Test scenario is navigation path
e.g. yahoo login.
Test case is a step by step process to execute the application .
eg. Yahoo login page
1) valid username valid passw
2) Invalid username valid passw
like these are the different test cases with single
scenario.

But are test cases for performance, database, boundary, relational integrity and other types of tests other than functional tests created from frs and system design specs as well?
