yes as i mentioned in one of my previous posts and as ajay
singh has told just keep looking into the orkut community-
NIC developers.People there are posting daily updates and
lots of info is available there.
Satish..yes we can expect the letters in this week or max
by next week if u are in some distant place.The letters are
being sent in registered post so will not take long time.
