Hi, my file has been selected in 2008 quota. I've my file
no. My consultant is not allowing me for stamping or
interview till the market goes well in US. I dont have any
other document except file no. can i go for stamping jst on
file no. without knowing my consultant? I want to go US
what should i do?

You need I 797 and DS forms and LCA to attend the interview.
Also you need many other supplementary documents like wage
certificates, IT returns of company which can be provided by
your employer only. Dont take the risk. You dont want to
ruin your chances for good.

HI Guys.My H1B visa petition got approved for the year 2008- 2009. I am filling the application form consulte intervew. the questions currently i am working X company and i have applied for H1 visa through Y company. but before this i have applied for L1 visa through X company and when it comes to RFE the X company has withdrawn the petition from the USCIS. So now while filling DS-156 there are questions like 1. is u r visa cancelled or revoked before? 2. Is any other has applied for Immigrant visa on behalf of you before? so what answers i have to give for above questions since my X company withdrawn L1 visa petition from USCIS. if i say NO/YES what will be the problem. pls answer if anybody experienced this.
Is ITR is necessary at the time of H1B visa interview.If not available then what one should do??plz guide me.I have h1b interview next month..

I completed my graduation in 2001 and joined for my post graduation in 2002. So i have 1 year gap during this period. During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. Will this create any problem for the interview.I have the certificates for the graphics classes that i attended. IF the officer asks me then what should be the response?
Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?
My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other way out to go back to USA?
