Hi, my file has been selected in 2008 quota. I've my file
no. My consultant is not allowing me for stamping or
interview till the market goes well in US. I dont have any
other document except file no. can i go for stamping jst on
file no. without knowing my consultant? I want to go US
what should i do?

You need I 797 and DS forms and LCA to attend the interview.
Also you need many other supplementary documents like wage
certificates, IT returns of company which can be provided by
your employer only. Dont take the risk. You dont want to
ruin your chances for good.

I have got my H1B stamped at delhi in Oct 2008 from company X. Due to currect market situation company X has not sent me to USA. Now i resigned from company X and joined company Y. Please let me know if its possible to transfer the H1B visa on company Y.
I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years.
