RTTC MEANS REMOTE TAP CHANGING CONTROL IT IS USED TO
COMMAND THE OLTC PANEL CONTROL THE PRIMARY SIDE OF
TRANSFOMER . WHEN WE REQUIRD CONSTANT VOLTAGE IT IS REQUIRED
