Vendor Developement is the resource wise developement of
existing vendor as per the requirement of the customer.
Suppose the vendor does not have proper resource for
executing the customers requirement, then the customer
insist the vendor about some newly developed technology.
That is Vendor developement.
But collecting information about suppliers for getting
good material at right time is called as vendor sourcing.
