hello i am Mona MBA in HR.HR is backbone for any
company.only hr is responsible for managing the different
departments of the company, so for HR she should be
extrovert,like to interact people,patience,problem solving
and also be good strategic planner and be a good team
leader.so i think that's all quality i have which hr is
required to manage the organization.HR is indirectly
responsible for enhance the productivity of the organization
and i want to enhance company's growth through provide good
manpower service by my skills and knowledge.
