As a Marketing Manager that i have to develops plans to grow
profitability using targets established during the
acquisition, modified during the “100 day plan”, and
revisited periodically through Business Board meetings,
executes plans to grow capability especially for management
and to attain sales forecasts of rapid growth post
acquisition. Establishes a work environment consistent with
company policies and procedures.and also works with team
management as well as sales / marketing / finance and etc
to support rapid sales growth through multiple channels.
