in motor graders the radiator fan exhausts air not suck air
why ?

radiator fan is there to cool the radiator and engine .if
it sucks air into ,engine will get hotter atleast not cool
down as the hotter air will pass through the engine and
other parts of engine's which is behind the radiator.
