Hi,
The Advantages and DisAdvantages of Switch are as follows:
1)A switch has minimum 24 port when compared to Hub
(Advantage)
2)A switch is a device where in a Console port is availabe
to configure particular port(Advantage)
3)A Switch is a device where the required Bandwidth
provided ISP is equally shared among all ports.(Advantage)
4)A switch cannot communicate between different Networks.
(DisAdvantage).
