I got a mail for interview which was scheduled on 13th Feb.
with all the documents at 10.30 the procedure started with verification of
documents. It took long time because 150 candidates have been called for
interview.
1st round:
For 1st few candidates they took Hr interview. In this there were 15
candidates in a group and we all have to speak for two minutes on any non-
technical topic of our choice. Almost 5 got rejected in this round.
My advice is speak with fluency and 3-4 logical points .

2. Personal interview :
It was suppose to be technical round but all the candidates were asked HR
questions only.
Interviewer asked me which topic i choose in 1st round ?
Then she asked me why you want to choose LnT over Patni?(As i have job
offer from Patni also).
I explained and she cleared me here also what i mentioned was fluency in
communication.
Given the offer letter with next month joining date. Bond of 2 yrs .
Don't lose your confidence try and try and try.
