Snap Shot is nothing but taking the image from the
project ..
we can take them using printscreen key from keyboard and
pasting it in the print or whereever it is required.
So when we are reporting a defect to the developer we need
to attach this file ..
whenever developer is not able to reproduce the same defect
what we reported or else when evet the tester is not able
to understand the reported defect from tester then it is
better to send snap shot to the developer like this
