CONNECTED IN STAR.IF I CONNECT THIS STAR POINT TO NEUTRAL
OR DO NOT CONNECT TO NEUTRAL.WHAT WILL THE DIFFERENCE.

if you connect star point with ne circuit will close
otherwise it not close
