The above answer is exhaustive and very much handy. But for
the PI purpose it could........ be cumbersome.
Just define ratio as per you not as per book.
Then just memorize (PALL). Just look at it consists all the
major ratios.
P stands for profitability ratio.
A " " " Activity ratio.
L " " " Liquidity ratio.
L " " " Leverage ratio.
I believe this is more than enough for the purpose of
interview.
