Hi,
SCC4 is the command for locking a client from SAP Level and
to lock a client from OS level one should exclude that
particular system from Domain and should be made a
WorkGroup/StandAlone system then that system is said to be
removed from Domain or not a member of that particular
domain.

To lock Users from O/S level one should goto start---
programs---Administrator Tools-----UserManager for Domains
and in Users one can select and lock a particular
User.To.do so he.she should have Admin Rights.
