PLC stands for Programmable Logic Controller,& PC stands
for Personal Computer.
PLC is a speciliased PC that has been devoleped to
control industrial machineries and process only.
PLC is more robust than PC.
PLC works on ladder logic but PC runs on OS.

The issue is when I try to download the common project section to the Engineering Station (STN) from the HIS in System View, it is unable to connect. The error displayed is:
