strategy,time lines and available resources in detail.
Typically a test plan contains:
-Objective
-Test strategy
-Resources
-Entry criteria
-Exit criteria
-Use cases/Test cases
-Tasks
-Features to be tested and not tested
-Risks/Assumptions.
