in a right place who fullfills the prescribed JDs and
Specifications.
The entire life cycle includes:
*Detail Knowledge of the vacancy.
*Source (Internal or External).
*Screening of resume.
*Shortlisting the Candidate.
*Scheduling Interview (HR or Technical)
*Reference checks.
*Selecting.
