hey.i'm really sry.guess i got da question wrong.i saw it as
WRITE OUT A CONFIG TO PERMIT ALL THE MAC-ADDRESSES BELOW THE
ONE SPECIFIED.
i.e. permit all mac addresses less than 0005.1b00.5b58
