Corruption exists first in mind and then in actual.
Because individuals do not want to take the trouble to
do 'the right thing the right way', they induldge in
shortcuts and cut corners to get their work done. People
need to know, what their rights are and what they are
entitled to. People awareness and education of masses is
the foremost thing. Secondly the law needs to be made more
stringent. Third, meritocracy in all fields should be
encouraged and felicitated.
