One Filp Flops can used for Count of 4 Bits,

So For 16 Bits,total no of F/F Required is 16/4=4 No's.

we have a rewind motor of 2Hp,2800Rpm, 220Volt AC. how can we choose the running capacitor for this motor, any formula for that?
