In a simple term rock is define as the assemblage of
minerals ,based on its mode of formation we can classify it
in three basic type-igneous (primary rock) form due to
crystallization of molten magma,metamorphic rock fom due to
re-equilibration of precurssor mineral because of change in
physical condition(temperature and pressure ).sedimentary
rock form due to lithification of loose material either
igneous or metamorphic basically form by a surfacial process.
