The main factor (1) If giving a pert tent to produce a
particular product or services.
(2) When you happen to be the sole producer of a particular
product thereby operating under a monopolistic market.
(3)The Government of a country can come into the market with
this kind of pattern (COSTING AND PRICING OF A NEW
PRODUCT)in order to regulate the pricing policy.
