some one said dc does not have flux, dc has flux but it is
constant means the polarity remains same incase of ac the
flux always keeps on changing and produces emf in the same
conductor due to self induction and produces emf in the
other conductor which is placed closely to it due to mutual
induction. It is the principle of transformer
