any body tell me why 4-20 ma use as a current any reason
for this amount why not 3-25 ma?

Normally all field instruments have 250 ohm resistance,
& operated this instruments on 1-5 volt.
Sothat @ 4mA the volt = 1 volt &
@ 20mA volt = 5V.
Hence it expressed in 4-20mA.
