i'm presently doing my masters in international business as a part of course now i'm in training as a management trainee.my attitude towards management is very simple,manager should a cool person to handle with every situation,he should be loyal person to the organization and towards the employees.the personal contact with the employees and other organization should be maintained well.the group of managers known as management should be targeted towards the organizational goals rather than their personal interests.
