THIS FIELD AND WILLINGNESS TO STUDY HARDER WHEN I START MY
COURSE THERE.I KNOW THAT DESERVING STUDENTS ARE NOT
DISAPPOINTED AT THE CONSULATE.

I will be going for an interview for Spring 2009 Semester within the next two weeks and have a small confusion any idea how to tackle it. My father died about 8 months ago and my mother who was previously a teacher is now a house wife. I have a brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can this be justified? As the income (which is currently Property Rent + In house business + Support from my uncle) cannot be justified on paper how can I counter this.?

I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Hello Fellas, I am about to see my interview in few days. My university expense is about 14000$ for one year.Its a 2 year course so that leads to a total to 28000$. For that we have about 1200000Rs in bank account(arnd 26500 $) other then this an investment proof of 2Lacs (4000$)+ 9 Lacs of gold(20000 $)+ 8-9 Lacs(18-20 K$) in my father's pf acct. On income side parents have well over 8 lacs rs((18000$) per year income. On fixed asset site a house worth: 12000000 Rs(250000$)+ a office worth 40000$ first please guide me will it be sufficient? Hello, i am Suraj. I got rejected on my ineterview on december 8th and have again taken the date for 17th.During my interview a guy quarreled with the interview taking person and then the same girl took my interview. My all documents are upto date bank balance is enough,self property is good,watevr she asked i told her fluently but also she rejected telling me that ma income source is not enough. I dont understand why i got rejected. The friends who had taken the interveiw along with me got selected though their family background is more poor than mine. i am afraid i will get rejected again. I have applied for a few US universities for MS in EE for fall 09.Passed out B.Tech in 2004 with 67.6% and 9 backlogs,did PGDBA from Symbiosis through distance learning from 2005-2007 and 1 yr Graduate Diploma in Telecomm. Engg from Melbourne,Australia in 2007. My GRE 1250 and ielts 7 i am worried whether the gap in my studies and backlogs can create a problem.Why USA n not Australia for MS?
