hi, i was denied for my visa on august 14th. I think i made
4 mistaken.
All i want to ask are..
1. Is wearing casual clothes is wrong?
2. The sponsor of mine, is my uncle, not my parents, is it
mistake?
3. I don't have TOEFL score yet, but my college said that i
can take TOEFL in US, am i must take TOEFL before get interview?

1. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT HOW YOU DRESS BECAUSE THEY MAKE
THEIR DECISION IN A MINUTE. SO ALWAYS WEAR FORMAL CLOTHES.
2.HAVING PARENTS AS SPONSORS IS ALWAYS A MUCH BETTER OPTION
BUT IF UR MATERNAL OR PATERNAL UNCLE IS SPONSORING THEN IT
IS FINE.
3.HAVING A GOOD TOEFL SCORE DEFINATELY HAS A GOOGD
IMPRESSION ON THE COUNCILLOR AND IT ALSO PROVES YOUR
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY TO HIM .SO U MUST GIVE THE TOEFL EXAM
BEFORE THE INTERVIEW.

hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax). So will it be a problem n getting a visa if i still show him as my sponsor ?? I have the funds in his account to cover the 2yrs plus a 15 Lakh education loan to support my studies. Thank you
hello everyone I have a question which is making me tense as I have visa interview in next 2 days.I am a current student from virginia international university with F-1 visa.Due to some reasons I am going to attend visa again before it got expired.Unfortunately I couldn't drop my documents because i have transferred my university.Now,as I have interview in 2 days I am worried about this question.I will be thankful if anyone could suggest any conveniencing aswers for this question. I have applied for f-1 visa on may 18th ,i have not yet recieved my 4-2 results but till now i have an aggregate of 74.33% and no backlogs ,so can i attend the visa appointment without my 4-2 results ,and by just producing the completion certificate
hello.. i went for the visa interview on 10th august 2009, and was rejected.as ma interview was very short and i was unable to know the reason.. i have applied for ms in elect engg in csula. i: good morning sir. VO: DID not replied and asked for passport and all. after having ma finger print he asked me which unv? i: CSU LA VO: how many unv have u applied for and name them? i: 2 sir, csula and Nyit vo: why nyit? ( being very loud) i: becox the course and curriculum are quite similar to ma objectives and i am interested in this research program they are offerring. vo: why nyit? ( being more louder) i: becoz i wnted to keep it as an option if in any case i was not admited in csula. vo: wat option? i am asking u why Nyit? i: becoz they are proving me a spz of microcomputers and digital systems. and also ma teachers and seniors reffered me this unv. vo: do u have ny relation in us? i: no blood relation but i do have some seniors there. vo: i am sorry cant grant u d visa. i am taking date after 15th august.is it possible people get visa's in 2nd attempt. where i lacked last time. and next time wat ll i possibly say dat y was i rejected last time. does ma first rejection ll affect ma 2nd interview. plz help me...
i have been rejected on 11th of dec 09 for fi visa.consular asked about my academics which are bad i.e,5.04 cgpa and i have only one backlog because of attendance shortage she even asked about my backlogs i have answered the same she refused me straight away and said my academics are bad.I have 15 months of exp in a different field and my core is cse my gre is poor 780 and ielts is 6.0 can i book the slot again for the visa will i get it...?
My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

hi frnds .my visa got rejected on june 15th.i think it might b due to my less gre score.i scored 810 in gre n 88 in toefl.vo askd me these ques..1.y this university? 2.wht specialization u want to do in ur field? 3.whts ur aggregate in ur graduation? 4.how many backlogs? 5.whts ur gre? i answered all well but she told tht u r not qalified.i didnt askd the reason.again i am applying on july 8th.wht reason i shud give if they ask y u got rejected for the first time and wht reason i shud give for my less gre score.i heard tht many persons got visa who r much less than me in gre score.my aggregate is 62% n only 2 backlogs in graduation tht too cleared in first atempt.plz help me out...
These subjects are also taught in other universities also but why this university?
hello guys .... i got my i20 from pittsburg state uni. and troy uni. but i have no gre only ilets. my ilets score is 6. i complete my b.tech with 71% and 12th with 66% and 10th with 76%. now i have no time for the preparation of gre. my interview will be in may end. pls tell me guys will there any chance to get visa... pls reply on dpreet12@yahoo.com

Hi..i have done B.E in E.C and then worked as QA eng for 9 month.I have no work ex for 8 month as i was preparing for gmat and toefl also planning for further study.I am now going for MBA from Rutgers uni,camden.What i shd say if they asked me why i am not working since last 8 months?My Gmat score is 530/800 and toefl ibt score is 84.What r my chances of getting visa?
I got a conditional admit for ohio university,as i got less score in IELTS after getting the admit,i have retaken the test,now my new score is 7 bands.will the conditions in my admit affect my visa??
sir i am a nurse....i have applied for f1 student visa,for tofel study....but...they asked to me wht was your mode of study language,,,,ie english..the why u go for tofel? they told me..this time u nr not eligible for visa...and gave one paper.i asked to him sir what is the reason for rejection?they mentioned that fund is not sufficient...but they did not asked about any fund....what should i do for next application...?
