my university dont ask any scores that is gre,toefl they
ready to give me i20. is there any problem face at
consulate interview? what are the reasons i should say
them.how to convince them?is there any bad impression for
that or there is no hope for this plzzz tell me clear
explanations.

IF THE COUNCILLOR ASKS YOU ABOUT IT THEN CLEARLY MENTION
THAT THE UNIVERSITY I AM INTERSTED IN HAS OFFERED ME AN I
20 DUE TO MY ACADEMIC RECORD AND DID NOT REQUIRE TOEFL OR
GRE SO I DID NOT NEED TO GIVE THE EXAMS AS I ALREADY GOT
ACCEPTED IN A US UNIVERSITY.
THIS WILL DEFINATELY CONVINCE THEM.
DONT FEEL HOPELESS BECAUSE THESE TESTS ARE REQUIRED FOR
ADMISSION PURPOSES AND IF U ALREADY HAVE AN I 20 IT WILL
NOT BE SUCH A BIG DEAL AT THE INTERVIEW IF U EXPLAIN UR
SITUATION.ALTHOUGH HAVING A GOOD TOEFL SCORE IS ALWAYS A
BETTER OPTION BUT VISAS ARE NOT REJECTED ONLY ON THESE
POINTS.

Dear Friends. I hv a valid F1 visa till 2012. Due to family emergency I came to India in Feb 2010 and I am still in India. Recently I came to know that I have to give visa interview again because I am away from US for more than 5 months. Do I need to prepare all the visa related documents once again? and what is the chances for me to get the visa?
why this university?
I got 3 rejection 2 in july & one in aug all 3 times i went 4 NYIT for pursuing my Master in computer science. I have done BBA & MEB (Master of E-business) now i ll try in december but this time i have change my uni as well as course This time i ll go for bridgeport uni and my course is MS in Technology mgt, so what would be my ans this time when they ask me why you have change your course? hi am harry and i have a doubt regarding visa .my gre score is 1120 and my toefl is 85 and ma academic background is 60% of average with 17 backlogs.the problem is will they reject me for having 17 backlogs ?? am really worried cause i was not knowing all these things b4 i applied.i came to know this today from my senior who had only 4 backlogs and he got rejected two times will i get rejected ?? and if not how should i handle this when they ask plss anyone help me its my life i worked hard to get into this realizing my future
My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

hey im kamran... i gave my interview on the 19th of august.. and they took my passport saying they need more information about me... they gave me a slip and said i can check the status online... can you let me know what is this slip about... it is a white slip..
