TNPSC SLIGHTLY DIFFERS FROM UPSC.......tnpsc is a state
CATAGORY whereas upsc is a central service.FOR EXAMPLE,IN G1
STATE SERVICE THE RANKS INCLUDE- DEPUTY COLLECTOR,DSP
WHEREAS FOR CENTRAL SERVICE THE RANK STARTS FROM
COLLECTOR,SP etc..
BUT THE PROMOTION CRITERIA FOR TNPSC HAS THE EQUAL STATUS OF
THE UNION SERVICES
FOR EXAMPLE...THE NEXT PROMOTION LEVEL OF DC IS
COLLECTOR...SO THUS STATE SERVICE IS MUCH MORE CORRELATED TO
CENTRAL SERVICE........
SYLLABUS AND BOOKS
U CAN EASILY GET THE SYLLABUS BY ENQIRING IN GOOGLE,AND
ALSO IT IS AVAILABLE ATTACHED WITH THE GAZETTE FORM OF TNPSC.
