YES,PREVIOUSLY IT IS GETTING AC TO DC.
SMPS STANDS FOR SWITCH MODE POWER SUPLY.
IT IS NOT NORMAL POWER SUPPLY, IN NORMAL POWER SUPPLY WE
CANNOT ABLE TO GET DIFFERENT VOLTAGE AT A TIME. BUT IT IS
POSSIBLE IN SMPS WE CAN GET +5V,-5V,12V,-12V,0V ETC.
