what we have to when a hr ask me "why should i hire you"
Answer Posted / katie
Well, I have been following the industry for a few years now
and my degree program and work experience were all geared
towards someday aligning myself with a company with your
reputation. I know from my research that you appreciate
long term relationships with your employees and in that vein
you invest in each and every person here as much as you do
your product. Your reputation and success has proved to me
that this is where I want to be, to be a part of your long
term growth and success. Your mission has been mine and I
see a great opportunity for me to contribute.
