What motivates you to do your best on the job?
Answer Posted / katie
It is my belief that everyone wants to feel like they have
contributed something of intrinsic value to both the work
environment and to the task at hand's completion. We do not
often get positive feedback, but are quick to learn if we
fell short...in any way no matter how slight. What
motivates me is working with someone who believes in me,
trusts my judgement which I always work hard to earn, and
seeing the fruits of my labor come back to me a thousand
fold through some kind of recognition from the party or
parties who assigned the task to me in the first. People
just want to know that they matter and I do as well. And
that goes for any team I work with...they all want to know
they are appreciated as well.
