Hi, I have both B1 and L1 valid visas.I will be travelling
to USA next week on Business trip for a duration of 5 weeks
on B1 Visa.
Q1.Will there be any problem to my L1 visa as I am holding
it now and travelling on B1 visa?
Q2.Will there be any problem in future if I go on long term
on L1 visa?
Please clarify my doubts.

Hi Krishna, Dont worry - you can travel to US on your B1,
at Immigration you must mention that you are entering US on
B1. There will not be any problem to your L1.

I am having B1 visa, my company is sending to US for 3 months on B1 visa. below are my questions 1. My manger applied for L1 and if i go to US on B1, how can i attend the L1 interview 2. Do i continue in US if i get L1 visa.

I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. I was passed in 2007.did lectureship in engineering college for 2.5 yrs then did one professional course in 2010.from there i got placed to MNC now having 1.5yr of exp in software.Now my company wants to file L1 B visa for me.As dis visa is meant for people with specialized knowledge.Is this 3.5 yr of gap after my education and job will be reason for my L1 rejection.Do the visa officer check every educational certificate thoughrouly.I cant mention lectureship as my previous employer also.plz help I have my visa interview is on next week.
