i wanted to know what is the weightage of interview..
how r candidates selected ie. only in basis of interview or
both written and interview marks..
also what is the selection ratio from among all the
students called for interview..

Faculty is the principal subject u studied..like if u r a
BSC physics graduate then put physics, or if you are just
+2 Science group put science and examining body is like
University name or the Board name...
Also it's just wastage of time discussing the ratio of
selection and how many candidates are called for interview
because they never mention that and it is all up to
CRPD...in the last SBI interview..they interviewed around
5000 candidates for 500 vacancies in Kerala Circle making
ratio 1:10...

Hi friends i am M.Ponraj, i have been selected for the post of Sorting Assistant in RMS'T'Division(Tiruchirapalli), Department of Posts, India on December 29th 2009. In trichy division 23 candidates were selected and 10 of them were given induction training and they are to be posted in trichy division. I am waiting for the induction training. In the mean time i got selected in the SBI-Clerk written exam and attended the interview for it in Chennai on 26th April 2010. I attended interview for clerks in SBI on 26th april 2010 in chennai. What will be the gross salary and net salary of newly appointed clerks in SBI after the revised pay which was signed on 27th april 2010. i finished my interview on 8th may....... they asked me these questions...... 1)tell me abt urself(I andwered for 2 mins) 2)difference between 2g and 3g(3g is faster than 2g)i forgot to answer that 3g has more bandwidth and it is circuit switched network 3)what is the uniqueness of 500 rupees note (that circle at corner for blind people , wen in light the colour of 500 changes) 4)what is the technology of atm(i dont know) 5)what are the different types of deposits(Recurring and fixed deposits) 6)what is recent hockey tournament going on(this also i dont know) 7)who is leading in recent world chess championship(anand wen i saw but later i dont know who was leading) 8)who is topper in recent IAS exams?(i didnt answer) 9)what u consider as ur life time achievement? the panel was very soft......so no tension......
