Organization to Organization.
You can refer below format.
i) Test case Id
ii)Test case name/Condition.
iii)Test case subcondition.
iv) Description
v) Steps to be performed.
vi)Expected result
vii)Actual result.
viii)Status (Pass/Fail)
ix)Bug Id .
x)Application name/Module name.
xi)Version
3) Bug tracker tool.
