The airline industry which carries and stores food for its
customers over long distances and with preparation space
and arm room for those enjoying the meals at a premium, I
consider that choosing me over others would be an asset in
the design and creation of food and beverages that would
tempt and tantalise even the most fussy of customers, many
of whom express the view that they never eat airline food,
to be suitably surprised by the range and service style of
a menu in which I had some major input.
