It depends on industry type. But some points are..
1. Finding alternative is very difficult.
2. Need of skilled manpower to refit the assembly.
3. Lack of any single raw material will affect the whole.
4. Execute sub-assembly for product repairing.
5. Uninterrupted energy supply (developing nations)
6. Re-engineering or enlargement is hard.
7. Rely on particular brand or ‘Machine installer’.
8. Hard to take customize order.
9. Huge setup cost.
