The time the user stops to think between steps is call think
time.
eg: a client request for a url[yahoo.com]. now server
responded back "yahoo home page".
now suppose user will click on "mail".
here the time gap between the serving of "yahoo homepage"
and the user cliked on "mail" is THINK TIME.
