general

If ur applying for a Probationary officer post in PSB

candidate is supposed to work in all the departments (for
every 6 months there will be a transfer and change in
department)

MCA and 6 months exp in software coding (you can judge it
on urself whether its gonna help you with Banking op's and
Finance/compliance departments)

i heard that prefrence would be like

1) B.Com + MBA
2)B.tech + MBA
3) M.com..
4)Science...

* people with local lang fluency would be having an edge
because syndicate is majorly based in karnataka
